The NanoPi products are covered by a one year warranty. It covers manufacturing failures, errors and defects. Failures caused by abuse, misuse, excessive current and voltage conditions(accidental or otherwise) are not covered by this warranty.
If a defect is discovered within the warranty period you need to contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will send you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a return address. You are responsible for all shipping costs and duties to return your board to us. You may use a carrier to return the product as long as it is a door-to-door service and the shipping costs are prepaid. We will either repair the defect or replace the product upon receipt of the faulty item if we judge that the failure falls within the coverage conditions expressed in this warranty.
FriendlyARM provides technical support for both our current products and discontinued products. Our engineers may also provide limited support for issues indirectly related to the use of our products, but this is under no obligation.
All our technical support via emails(email@example.com) or on the phone,(86-13719442657) is free of charge and does not require any contractual obligations. Our technical support engineers are available for live support during normal business hours. Emails are handled during normal business hours. Although we do not guarantee immediate response to emails we will try to reply as soon as possible during the same business day on receipt of emails.
